Book a Sponsor by Sales.co. We've helped land sponsorships and run outbound for newsletter companies like
Every pitch we sent for Book a Sponsor clients in the last 30 days, counted by the brand's first answer. Updated 10:53 AM ET.
We do. We have our own sending infrastructure and domains. We are not sending in your name, just contacting known sponsors about your specifics and introducing them when things look good.
$20 in free credits, then 10¢ per email sent (initial emails and follow-ups). 200 email sends free. No commission, no rev-share. At 100 a day that is about 3,000 pitches a month, which has meant roughly 10 to 19 positive sponsor replies a month. One end is Book a Sponsor's last 30 days (87 brands said yes to 25,108 pitches), the other is our Sales.co newsletter sponsorship campaigns (815 positive replies from 128,693 sends, May 2025 to Aug 2026). Your niche and list size move it.

A sponsor contact wants to sponsor you after seeing our outreach. If you already have a page where they can buy a slot, link it and we send them there. Otherwise we introduce them and you work the lead.
Initial emails and follow-ups both count. 200 email sends free, and 3,000 total email sends cost $300. No commission, no rev-share.
the run is free · no card until you set up outreach · invoiced weekly after a few daily charges, capped at $50
No. We do the pitching. We have our own sending infrastructure and domains. We are not sending in your name, just contacting known sponsors about your specifics and introducing them when things look good.
$20 in free credits, then 10¢ per email sent (initial emails and follow-ups), invoiced daily for your first few days and weekly after that, never more than $50 at a time. 200 email sends free. No commission, no revenue share, no per-deal fee. Some marketplaces take a cut of every deal they bring you: 15% at Passionfroot, 10% at MediaPact. We do not.
50 per day by default, weekends included, about 1,500 a month. You set the number on your dash, 25 to 100 a day, and pay 10¢ per email sent (initial emails and follow-ups). A niche has 300 to 1,500 brands buying newsletter ads, so a high number burns through it faster.
We read the issues of newsletters in your niche and record every "brought to you by" and "sponsored by" block, with the issue URL and date. Your list shows which newsletters each brand sponsored and when.
The person who signs off on sponsorship spend: founder or CEO first, then head of growth, marketing, or partnerships. Each address is verified before it goes on your list. You see the masked address and the verification date.
Every pitch is a business-to-business email to a brand that already buys newsletter ads. Each one carries our postal address and a working unsubscribe, and brands that opt out go on a global do-not-contact list across every client. You confirm at checkout that we may email brands on behalf of your newsletter.
They go from warmed mailboxes on domains we already run outreach from, at 50 a day per client by default. Bounced or invalid addresses are dropped before sending. If a brand replies "not interested", nobody else on the platform pitches them for 21 days.
If you do not get a single sponsor reply inside 30 days, the month is refunded. Cancel anytime from your dash. Nothing is charged until your $20 in free credits (200 email sends) is used up.
